The Company is a Korea-based company engaged in the provision of satellite systems. The Company s offerings include satellite systems, including 300 kilogram (KG) and 200 KG class earth observation small satellite systems, and 100 KG class low earth orbit micro-satellite systems; satellite platforms, including a flexible system for relatively small sized payloads and others; payloads, including an ideal imaging system suitable for 100 KG class satellites and others; ground station systems, including satellite image data receiving and processing stations, mission control stations and transportable ground stations; satellite components, including fine sun sensors, magnetometers, magnetic torque drivers and rods, star trackers, global positioning system (GPS) receivers and others, as well as commercial products such as eco-friendly radiation detectors (EFRDs) and others. The Company was established on December 29, 1999. The Company share was listed on the Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System ( KOSDAQ ) on June 13, 2008.
