The Company is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of ship components. The Company operates two segments: shipbuilding segment, which manufactures deck houses including engine casings, funnels, radar masts and wing bridges, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) tanks, upper deck units for crude oil tankers, product carriers, chemical tankers and LPG carriers, ring blocks, gorgons, engine rooms and others, and ocean segment, which manufactures living quarters, burner booms, flare towers and clare ridges. The Company also sells waste cans and waste wires. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets. The Company was founded on November 20, 1999. and its shares are listed on Korea Stock Exchange on November 30, 2015.
