The Company is a Korea-based manufacturer engaged in the manufacture of heavy electric equipment. The Company produces four categories of products: switchgears, which include gas insulated switchgears (GISs), vacuum circuit breakers (VCBs), vacuum contactors, motor control centers; control systems, including substation automation systems, monitoring and control systems, remote terminal units (RTUs), distributed control systems and supervisory control and data acquisition systems; circuit breakers and contactors, including magnetic contactors, home panel boards, reject filters and ignition transformers, and environmental products, including diesel soot reducers, electric dust collectors, high voltage units, ion generators and agricultural chemicals spray equipment. The Company is also engaged in the electric construction business. The Company was founded on January 22, 1972 and its shares are listed on Korea Stock Exchange on November 30, 1989.
