The Company is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacturing of electrical devices. The Company operates its business through three divisions: capacitor, plant manufacturing and power supply unit (PSU). Its capacitor division provides metalized polyester film capacitors, metalized polypropylene film capacitors, polyphenylene and foil film capacitors and polyester film capacitors, which are used for display equipment such as televisions and monitors. Its plant manufacturing division supplies equipment which is applied to manufacture of capacitors. Its PSU division focuses on providing PSUs for set top boxes (STBs) and printers. The Company was established on May 13, 1973. The Company share was listed on the Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System ( KOSDAQ ) on November 29, 2001.
