The Company provides four categories of products: code division multiple access (CDMA) mobile phones such as CDMA450 types; data cards which are applicable to notebook computers; wireless local loop (WLL) terminals, and accessories such as batteries. In addition, the Company is engaged in the development of data cards. The Company s CDMA mobile phones are mainly sold in Russia and the Czech Repubic. The Company was established on 31 July 1995. The Company share was listed on the Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System ( KOSDAQ ) on 3 July 2001.
