The Company is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacturing of metal forging products. The Company mainly produces three categories of products: ship engine parts, such as cylinder covers, piston rods, connecting rods, crank shafts, piston headpins, cross headpins and main journals; parts for wind power plant equipment, including heat exchangers, control panels, main frames, hydraulic parking brakes, gearboxes, yaw drives, oil coolers, rotor hubs and nose cones, and parts for industrial equipment, such as pinion shafts and gears, crane wheels and shafts, trunnion shafts, generator shafts and integral type nozzles. The Company s clients include Hyundai Heavy Industries, STX Enpaco, Doosan Engine and other domestic shipbuilders and engine manufacturers. The Company was established on July 8, 2002. The Company share was listed on the Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System ( KOSDAQ ) on October 10, 2006.
