The Company is a Korea-based company engaged in the provision of digital medical imaging systems. The Company s offerings consist of Maxxray, which is a charge coupled device (CCD) type six mega-pixel digital radiography system with a window-based diagnostic image processing system; QXR, which is a CCD type 9/16 mega-pixel digital radiography detector with a window-based diagnostic image processing system, as well as Slimpac and SKY, which are digital fluoroscopy systems designed for radio frequency (RF), urology and angiography applications. The Company also produces medical cameras, industrial cameras and automatic optical image systems. The Company was established on 18 September 1999. The Company share was listed on the Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System ( KOSDAQ ) on April 10, 2009.
