IPKO is a Kosovo-based provider of telecommunication services and products. It was established in 1999 and is majority owned by Telekom Slovenije. The company offers mobile and fixed telephony, internet access, and digital television. IPKO has the largest fixed-phone network in Kosovo with 230,000 ports, while its mobile telephony market share amounts to some 35%, or 60,000 customers. IPKO attends its customers via some 20 official sales points, nationwide, including authorized distributors in more than 20 cities.
