The Company is engaged in investment activities primarily in private health services within Kuwait and abroad. The company operates through five wholly owned subsidiaries, namely Al Mowasat Real Estate Company (Adnan Abdul Aziz Al Wazzan) KSCC, which is a Kuwait-based company engaged in the trade in shares and properties, and management of third party property; New Al Mowasat Company KSCC is a Kuwait-based company that operates a medical center and a pharmacy; Al Mowasat Health Care Company SAL is a Lebanon-based subsidiary that establishes, owns, buil0ds and manages hospitals, Al Mowasat Middle East Health Care Company (Holding) SAL is a Lebanon-based subsidiary, engaged in the acquisition of shares in Lebanese and foreign companies and participates in the establishment of such companies, and Al Mowasat Lebanon Health Care Company (Holding) SAL is a Lebanon-based company that manages and finances companies in which it holds shares.
The Company is one of the first private hospital in kuwait establish over half a century ago. Ever since, the hospital has grown to become a leading provider of premium healthcare in Kuwait.
Following its slogan, “Caring for generations”, the New Mowasat Hospital has proven its capabilities to maintain its position, and today, the hospital is a 112-beded facility that expands over an area of 27,000 square meters and offers a full range of medical services within its luxurious premises.

The company was listed on October 9, 2006 in Kuwait Stock Exchange.
On January 13, 2010, the company s name was changed from Al-Mowasat Holding into Al-Mowasat Health care Co.
The company became delisted from Kuwait Stock Exchange on October 1, 2017.
The Company listed again on Kuwait Stock Market-OTC market on 18 November 2018.
