The Company main activities are buying and selling lands, real estate, building residential, commercial buildings and complexes as well as commercial malls and manage it in favor of the company.
The purpose for shich the company is established for Owning the shares of shareholding Kuwaiti or foreign companies , as well as owning the shares of Kuwaiti or foreign limited liability companies or contribution in establishing these companies with its types , management ,borrowing and guarantying it to third party. Lending the companies in which they own shares and guarantying it to third party. In this case, the contribution of the holding Company in the capital of borrowing Company should not be less than 20 , Owning the industrial copyrights such as patents , trademarks or any other rights related to that and renting it to another Companies for exploiting inside or outside Kuwait, Owning movables and properties needed to direct its activity within the limits stipulated by the law, Exploiting the financial surplus available to the Company through investing it in portfolios managed by specialized Companies. The Company may have interest or participate with authorities which exercise similar actions to its own or that could cooperate to achieve its purposes inside Kuwait or abroad and have the right to buy these authorities or Companies or to be affiliated.
The company (K.S.C.C) is a Kuwaiti Shareholding Company established on May 17, 1982, registed under the registration no. 33339.
The Company was listed in Kuwait Stock Exchange on July 25, 2005.
On AGM and EGM held on March 11, 2006, the company s name was changed from Al-Themar Real Estate Company into Al-Themar International Holding Company K.S.C.C.
The Company become delisted from Kuwait Stock Exchange on 19 October 2017.
The Company listed again on Kuwait Stock Market-OTC market on 18 November 2018.
