The Commercial Real Estate Company also known as Al-Tijaria is a Kuwaiti closed shareholding company headquartered in Safat in Kuwait. It was incorporated in 1968 but its shares were publicly listed in Kuwait stock exchange in 2004. The company is primarily engaged in real estate investment and development activities in accordance to Islamic Sharia principles. It offers contracting and construction, land reclamation, and property development and management services to the commercial, agricultural, industrial and touristic sectors. The Commercial Real Estate Company holds a diversified portfolio of real estate investments, and also bids for projects released by the Kuwaiti government to the private sector. Some of Al-Tijaria completed projects are Al-Tijaria Tower in Kuwait City, Symphony Style Hotel Complex in Salmiya, Al-Bodour Tower in Al-Sharq, Abu Halifa Villas in Abu Halifa, etc.
