The Company is engaged in the manufacture of polystyrene packing and extruded expanded disposable foam products that offer packaging solutions to the food, retail, catering, supermarkets, hypermarkets and fast food service industries. The Company also owns and operates subsidiaries based in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, and has factories in Kuwait, Jeddah and Dammam in Saudi Arabia, and Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates. Its products include absorbent trays, hinged lid containers, tableware and cups, trays, pizza and egg boxes. K-PAK markets its products through distributors in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
The Company was established on 15 January, 1999, registed under the registration no. 36561 in febreuary 17, 1999.
The Company was listed on Kuwait Stock Exchange on January 26, 2003.
The Company become delisted from Kuwait Stock Exchange on 17 April 2016.
The Company listed again on Kuwait Stock Market-OTC market on 18 November 2018.
