The Securities House K.S.C.C. is a Kuweiti investment company headquartered in the city of Kuwait. It was incorporated in 1982 with authorized share capital of 50 million Kuwaiti dinars and its shares have been listed on Kuweit Stock Exchange since 1996. The company provides several services: local investments (local trading, portfolio management, direct investments), foreign Investments, investment and financial systems, and market research. The Securities House announced in 2003 in an Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting the approval upon transforming the company’s activities to abide by the Islamic Shariah principles. By 2008, the company managed to enter the International Islamic Banking through the establishment of “Gatehouse Bank Plc” in United Kingdom.
