It was incorporated in 2004 and its shares have been publicly traded since 2010 in Kuwait stock exchange. The company operates within diversifies sectors through the ownership of shares and equities in Kuwaiti or foreign entities that operate in the industrial sector, as well as in other limited liability companies and the participation in the establishment and management of companies. BIIHC also owns the rights of the industrial properties such as patents, properties, industrial trademarks, industrial fees or other rights and leases them to other companies for the use inside and outside Kuwait. The company invests surplus funds in financial portfolios managed by specialized entities.
