S.A.S. AO was registered in 2003 by the transformation of the Limited Liability Partnership S.A.S.. The company was established in 1996 and engaged in trade intermediary activity. In 2003 it was decided to reconstruct the existing buildings in the shopping center. In 2006, the Almaty shopping center Armada appeared in Almaty, which today is the largest trade complex for home goods in Kazakhstan. On the territory of the complex there are trade representations of more than 500 companies. The main activity of S.A.S. AO is the operation and leasing of retail space in the Armada shopping complex located in Almaty.
