The Bank is a Public Limited Company incorporated on 3 November 2011 and domiciled in Sri Lanka under the Companies Act No. 7 of 2007 for the purpose of carry out banking activities in Sri Lanka. It is a licensed commercial bank registered under the Banking Act No. 30 of 1988 and amendments thereto. The registered office of the Bank is located at No. 696, Galle Road, Colombo 3. The Bank does not have an identifiable Parent of its own.
