The Company was founded in the year 2000 and is licensed by the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka under the Finance Business Act No. 42 of 2011, and sustains the National Long-term rating at ‘ A(lka) Stable'; as affirmed by Fitch Ratings.
The Company is listed on Colombo stock exchange on 8th January 2020.
