The Company is a Limited Liability Company domiciled in Sri Lanka was incorporated under the Companies Ordinance, No 51 of 1938 on December 29, 1968 and registered under the Finance Companies Act, No.78 of 1988. Its registered office is situated at No. 267, Galle Road, Colombo 3. The Company re-registered under the Companies Act, No. 7 of 2007.
As a registered finance company, it is supervised by the Department of Supervision of Non-Bank Financial Institutions of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
