Telia Lietuva AB is the largest telecommunication company in Lithuania, as well as the largest Lithuanian broadband Internet access and voice telephony services operator, providing integrated telecommunication, IT and TV services. The company was established in 1992, its previous name was Teo LT AB and it change in 2017 to Telia. The company was privatized in 1998 and is a consolidated subsidiary of TeliaSonera AB, one of the largest telecommunications corporations in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Since 2000 TEO LT is listed on the NASDAQ OMX Baltic stock exchange.
