Since its creation in 1977, Maghreb Oxygene, subsidiary of Akwa Group, specializes in the manufacture of gases of air. Then, Maghreb Oxygene decides to widen its production to medical and food gases and develops two activities of trade specialized in the medical material and the products and accessories of welding. Maghreb Oxygene obtained the certification ISO 9002 of its two sites of production (Berrechid and Had Soualem). At August 31, 2005, the capital of Maghreb Oxygene reaches 81250000 Dirhams divided into 812500 actions with a face value of 100 Dirham of each one.
