Combinatul de Paine din Balti is located in Balti's industrial area and is one of the largest producers in the Republic of Moldova. The company was founded in 1944 and is engaged in the production of soft pastry. Today, the plant produces 150 pastry products. In addition to bread, buns, chopsticks, pretzels, cakes, sugar biscuits and croissant biscuits, the plant also produces 3 kinds of oat biscuits (classic oat biscuits, raspberries and chocolate oat biscuits) and Moldavian pies with different fillings. Currently, the company has a biscuit production section and two bread production sections.
