DAAC-Victoria SA is a company located in Chisinau, Moldova. It was founded in 1989 as a cooperative firm called "Golvo" with the aim of implementing projects related to industrial wastewater treatment. Currently, this company is known as "DAAC-Ecoplant" and focuses on environmental improvement projects. In 1992, Golvo established the financial company DAAC-Invest, becoming the first professional participant in the Securities Market. In the same year, DAAC-Hermes was founded and quickly became one of the most important commercial companies in the Moldovan market. DAAC-Hermes also established the largest privatization institution in Moldova, the DAAC-Hermes privatization fund. In 1994, the current DAAC Group was formed, consisting of over 50 independent enterprises with a common owner and development strategy. As a public company, DAAC Group played a key role in the emerging Securities Market and the establishment of private property in Moldova. In 2007, the DAAC-Hermes investment fund was reorganized into the commercial and production company DAAC Hermes grup S.A.
