DAAC Hermes Grup SA (Moldova)

"DAAC Hermes grup" SA was founded in 1994. "Golvo" company, created in 1989 to implement various projects in the field of industrial waste water purification (presently this company is called "DAAC-Ecoplant” and deals with development of systems meant to improve human environment), became the first swallow of the future FIG DAAC. In 1992 "Golvo” created the financial company DAAC-Invest, which became the first professional player in the stock market in the country. In 1994 DAAC-Hermes was founded, that soon became one of the leading trade companies on the internal market of Moldova. Presently FIG DAAC includes enterprises active in such branches of Moldovan economy as food production, grain crops harvesting, stocking and processing; mechanical engineering; technical maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery; domestic service; system integration in information technologies; sales and maintenance of automobiles, computing machinery and bank equipment; retail centre and other real estate management. The company carries out the following activities: financial intermediation, management consulting, management activities by enterprises, lending and other activities.
