Eventis Mobile obtained its licence in December 2006 and commercially launched services in December 2007. As of April 2010, following a decision of the country's Economic Appeal Court (Curtea de Apel Economic), Eventis Mobile is going through an insolvency process. Eventis Mobile SRL owned and operated a network of 260 stations, covering 40% of the territory of Moldova.
