In 1994 was founded the joint stock company bus. At present the company is privately owned 100% of which 75% are foreign investment. All company representatives own production base equipped with specialized technical modern road construction and asphalt production equipment with total yield of 200 tons of asphalt per hour. Balti asphalt plant has a warehouse for storage of oil products co 600 tons and 1,400 tons of fuel oil bitumen with auto roads and railways. There is an accredited laboratory construction which ensures quality control of construction products and building products in general.
