Moldasig SA was incorporated in 2002 by three companies with state capital - SA Banca de Economii, IS Calea Ferata din Moldova and IS “Posta Moldovei”. Currently, Moldasig has over 100 offices throughout the country. The company's market share is 28.9%. In 2012, "Rosgosstrah" sold the majority stake held in Moldasig to five private Moldovan companies. As a result, the shareholders of the company include 8 legal entities from the Republic of Moldova, including three state-owned companies. In 2013, Moldasig celebrates its 10th anniversary and does a rebranding that introduces a new logo and corporate style, as well as a new slogan. Moldasig has over 30 insurance products in its portfolio, offering more than 100 various insurance programs.
