As of the date of the Spin-Off Distribution, we will own and operate a fleet of two drybulk carriers that transport major bulks such as iron ore, coal and grains, and minor bulks such as bauxite, phosphate and fertilizers.
The Company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands on July 25, 2022.
