NLB Tutunska Banka Skopje was founded in 1985 and since 1993 it has been operating as a universal commercial bank under the name Tutunska Banka. It was renamed to NLB Tutunska Banka Skopje after Slovenia's largest bank Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) acquired a majority stake in the Macedonian lender.
NLB Tutunska Banka Skopje supports mainly the development of small and mid-sized enterprises. It operates a branch network of nearly 50 offices nationwide.
