TEAL AD Tetovo (North Macedonia)

TEAL AD is a shareholder company located in Tetovo, North Macedonia. It was founded in 1979 as part of ALUMINA-Skopje and was later re-registered as a separate enterprise in 1989. In 1999, the dominant owner became the German company RAKU. The main activity of TEAL AD is the production of aluminum alloys and aluminum profiles. Over the past 10 years, the management team has implemented modern management and production practices, resulting in increased capacity utilization, sales, and profits. This has been recognized through the successful implementation and certification of ISO 9001.2000, strengthening the company's competitive advantage as a trusted supplier of aluminum profiles for the industry. Since 2003, TEAL AD has experienced a steady growth in production and sales. In 2006, 2007, and 2008, maximum quantities of over 2000 tons of aluminum profiles and alloys were produced annually. TEAL AD has a one-tier management system, with a board of directors consisting of 5 members, one of whom is internal to the company, while the others are external. The company has a working space, industrial facilities, and an administrative building with a total area of 7981 m2 and land of 70,180 m2 in Tetovo. In recent years, investments have been made in maintaining and modernizing existing equipment. The company's strategic focus is on good quality and continuous development, which is ensured through modern laboratories for metallography, spectrometry, and mechanical testing, as well as incoming control of raw materials and final control of finished products.
