Javkhlant Kharaa Joint Stock Company was incorporated on 01 June 1992. The company is engaged in the exploration and extraction of Gold, Copper and other Materials. The company stock s symbol is HCH.
On 13 May 2016, the company changed the name to E-Monie JSC. The company stock s symbol also change from HCH to EMN. The name change was part of a rebranding strategy to reflex the company s new focus on digital payment services.
E-Monie JSC changed company name to Tengerleague Media Group JSC on 02 June 2021. Following the change of name the stock s symbol was changed from EMN to TNGR accordingly on the same date. The Company is formed by the merger of three media companies i.e. Mongol HD TV, Promedia Network or VTV and Unread companies. It took over the listing status of E-MONIE JSC via reverse take over (RTO) exercise
