The Company's product offerings include Fincorp Notes and Fincorp Enhanced Income Fund. In September 2006, the Company launched Fincorp Enhanced Income Fund, which invests in a portfolio of commercial loans secured by first and second mortgages over real property. In July 2005, Fincorp refocused its property division across three sectors: retirement, residential and retail. Fincorp has approximately 1500 residential lots in Victoria comprising Corrina Waters, The Ridge and Mernda Mayfield Farm. The Company has a resort in Mackay called Breezes, which has 33 freestanding homes.
