2000: The Company changed it s name from ( TOURISM DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT COMPANY OF MALAWI) to (SUNBIRD TOURISM PLC) in 2000.
2002 : The company was listed in Malawi Stock Exchange on August 21, 2002.
