Corporacion Inmobiliaria Vesta S.A.B. de C.V. is an industrial builder specialized in the leasing and management of industrial plants and distribution centers. Currently, it has 83 warehouses in 11 states covering an area of about 33 000 m2. Its customers include BMW, Nestle, Bombardier, Safran Group, Bonafont (Danone), Delphi, Lear, Kraft, Ryder, Wilson Sporting Goods, Sabritas (subsidiary of PepsiCo), Flextronics, Daewoo, Cat Logistics (a subsidiary of Caterpillar), Kimberly Clark de Mexico, and Daewoo, among others. In 2011 it absorbed Operator Vesta, S.A. de C.V and Espacios Inteligentes, S.A de C.V. It was founded in 1998 and has been listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange since July 2012.
