Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V., commonly known as GAP, was incorporated on May 28, 1998, as part of Mexico’s airport privatization initiative. Headquartered in Guadalajara, Jalisco, GAP operates under a 50-year concession granted by the Mexican government to manage, operate, and develop 12 international airports in Mexico—including Guadalajara, Tijuana, Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, La Paz, and Hermosillo—and 2 international airports in Jamaica: Montego Bay and Kingston. GAP is publicly traded on both the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV: GAP) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: PAC) since February 2006, with 85% of its shares publicly held and the remaining 15% owned by strategic partner AMP (Aeropuertos Mexicanos del Pacífico). The company’s business activities include aeronautical services (passenger fees, aircraft landing and parking), non-aeronautical services (retail leasing, advertising, parking, VIP lounges), and complementary services such as fuel supply, catering, and ground transportation. It also operates under the brand Primesky, offering ground handling and logistics services.
