Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico S.A.B. de C.V. was established in 1998 as a part of the opening process of private investment in the Mexican airport system. Since then, "GAP" manages, operates, maintains and develops twelve airports in the regions of the Pacific and Center of Mexico, in the cities of Guadalajara, Hermosillo, Puerto Vallarta, Aguascalientes, La Paz, Tijuana, Leon and others. In February, 2006, the shares of "GAP" were listed in the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), under the symbol "PAC" and in the Mexican Stock Exchange under the symbol of "GAP".
