Telvista S.A. de C.V., is a subsidiary of Carso Global Telecom, which since 1997 is dedicated to providing outsourcing services in English and Spanish through contact centers. These services include contact management, interactive voice response, and support via web and others. Telvista began operations in 1997 with a call center in Richardson, Texas. In 2002 it merged with "Grupo Técnico de Servicios" (GTS), expanding its operations to Mexico.
