They acquired a North American company called Química Niagara (FMC) with the aim of producing and distributing agrochemical products to meet the needs of farmers in the region. In 2018, Nueva Agroindustrias Del Norte formed a business alliance with MITSUI & CO., LTD, a multinational company based in Chiyoda-Ku, Tokyo. This alliance has allowed the company to consolidate its leadership position in the agri-food sector in Mexico and to enhance its development and growth plan in Mexico and Central America.
