Azam Jaya Berhad (the “Company”) was incorporated in Malaysia on 16 June 2022 as a private limited company under the name Azam Jaya Sdn Bhd. The Company converted to a public limited company on 27 June 2024, adopting its current name. Functioning as an investment holding company, the Company’s main activity is the provision of construction services through its Subsidiaries. The Company’s operations are primarily located in Sabah, Malaysia.The Group’s history began in 1992 when Tan Sri Joseph acquired 50% of Pembinaan AJ (formerly Zaramo Sdn Bhd) from his relatives, subsequently increasing his stake to 75% in 1994. Since then, the Group has undertaken and completed various road infrastructure projects in Sabah, contributing to the development of the region’s construction sector.The Company is listed at Main Board Bursa Malaysia on 11 November 2024.
