The Company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Act as a private limited company on 8 September 2020 under the name of Carzo Holdings Sdn Bhd to engage in the wholesale of fruits, provision of management services and activities of investment holding companies. On 2 July 2021, the Company was converted into a public limited company and assumed the present name to facilitate the listing of the Company on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities.The Group is involved in the following business activities:(i) Distribution and retail of fresh fruits and other food products; and(ii) Processing and retail of fruit products.
