To manage waste in the northern region of Peninsular Malaysia, namely in Perlis, Kedah, Penang and Perak. To undertake the Federal Government's concession on the Solid Waste Management and Public Cleansing Management and subsequently formed Green Resource Recovery Sdn. In 2015, a non-concession zone of businesses such as recycling, composting and landfill management was formed. EISB has a concession service providing the best environmental services to meet the growing needs of society. To date, EISB has operated successfully in the Perlis and Kedah State, covering 13 local authorities with more than 300,000 premises and employing 6,000 people.
