The Proposed Replacement Warrants and Proposed New ESOS remain unchanged. On 22 March 2000, wholly owned Prestige Ceramics S/B (Prestige) proposed to dispose of 188,983 sq ft of leasehold land to Pioneer Energy S/B for RM16.1m cash.
