Reach Ten Holdings Berhad (Malaysia)

The Company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 2016 on 18 December 2023 as a private limited company under the name of Reach Ten Holdings Sdn. Bhd.. On 2 September 2024, the Company was converted into a public limited liability company and assumed its present name of Reach Ten Holdings Berhad.
The Company are principally an investment holding company. Through subsidiaries, the company are principally involved in provision of satellite-based communication networks and services, provision of fibre optic communication networks and services and provision of telecommunications infrastructure services and managed services.
2012 - Secured first major projects with Customer C for the Kampung Tanpa Wayar initiative for the provision of internet broadband connectivity to rural areas in Sarawak.
2014 - Established first satellite hub which was hosted at the MEASAT Teleport and Broadcast Centre in Cyberjaya.
2015 - Secured a project with contract value of RM0.33 million from SALCRA for the provision of VSAT services at SALCRA plantations and mills throughout Sarawak.
2016 - Deployed first mobile-in-building services at Vivacity Megamall, Kuching to extend and enhance signal coverage for seamless connectivity within Vivacity Megamall. The company subsequently invited MNOs to provide cellular coverage services at this premise.
2019 - Awarded a contract by SMA for the construction of 29 telecommunication towers in Sarawak. Established own teleport in Samajaya Industrial Zone, Kuching which houses earth stations and 24-hour NOC.
2020 - Secured a contract from a subsidiary of Customer B to provide cellular connectivity services surrounding Baleh Dam.
2021 - Awarded a contract by Customer C to supply and commission VSAT services under the scope of the tender of Phase 1 BWA initiative by JENDELA. Successfully deployed and commissioned VSATs at 250 remote sites across Sarawak under SALURAN initiative.
2022 - Appointed by Customer E for site leasing services to install, erect and operate 5G monopoles located strategically across Kuching, Sibu and Samarahan in Sarawak. Awarded the Rural Telecommunication Project by SDEC for the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning and maintenance of VSAT Backhaul Services to SDEC's core network.
2023 - Awarded the Rural Telecommunication Project by SDEC for the installation, testing and commissioning of fibre optic networks between SDEC's core network to multiple MNO's POI
2024 - Secured a total of 22 contracts with various district level government offices in relation to the provision of broadband services for schools in Sarawak.
2025 - Appointed by Starlink Internet Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd as an authorised reseller of Starlink satellite-based internet services on a non-exclusive basis.
2025 - The Company is listing at Main Market Bursa Malaysia on 2 May 2025 under ticket 5332
