Signature Alliance Group Berhad (Malaysia)

The Company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Act on 10 January 2024 as a private limited company.
The principal activity of the Company is investment holding. Through subsidiaries, the company are principally involved in the provision of interior fitting-out services and building construction works. Interior fitting-out services typically involve the process of actualisation of designs in the interior space.
2009 - Incorporation of SAC on 28 October 2009 and secured first interior fitting-out contract for an F B establishment in Kuala Lumpur for a total contract value of RM0.3 million
2011 - SAC was registered as a Grade 4 contractor under CIDB for the categories of Building (B) and Civil Engineering (CE). The Grade 4 CIDB registration allows to participate in tenders for projects with contract value of up to RM3.0 million throughout Malaysia
2012 - SAC's CIDB registration was upgraded to Grade 6 under the categories of Building (B) and Civil Engineering (CE). The Grade 6 CIDB registration allowed to participate in tenders for projects with contract value of up to RM10.0 million throughout Malaysia. Secured an interior fitting-out contract for an international chain of electronics and home furnishing retail establishment in Selangor for a total contract value of RM4.8 million.
2013 - SAC's CIDB registration was upgraded to Grade 7 under the categories of Building (B) and Civil Engineering (CE). The Grade 7 CIDB registration allows to participate in tenders for projects with unlimited contract value throughout Malaysia. Incorporation of SAF (formerly known as SAC Furniture Sdn Bhd) on 29 August 2013.
2014 - Acquisition of a 21/2-storey semi-detached factory located in Kajang, Selangor with a built-up area of approximately 9,155 sq ft, which serves as current headquarters. Incorporation of SACabinet on 24 November 2014
2015 - Incorporation of Zig Zag Builders (formerly known as Zig Zag Marketing Sdn Bhd) on 20 April 2015. Secured a contract for interior fitting-out works for the entrances, lobbies, common corridors and facilities at a shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur for a total contract value of RM47.3 million .
2017 - SAC was first certified compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems for the provision of project management of interior fit out works by Value and Professional Certification Sdn Bhd.
2018 -- Secured Iskandar Puteri Project.
2019 - Secured Shah Alam Project
2020 - Secured TRX C1 – Client A Project
2021 - SAC was certified compliant with the ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety management systems for the provision of project management of interior fitting-out works by SN Registrars (Holdings) Limited.
2022 - Secured Jalan Ampang 1 Project
2023 - Zig Zag Builders became a subsidiary of Group. Secured Eco City Project.
2024 - Incorporation of Zig Zag Engineering on 11 March 2024 and secured Presint Merdeka Project and Jalan Ampang 2 Project
2025 - The Company has been listing in ACE Market at Bursa Malaysia on 5 June 2025
