The Company was incorporated on 12 August 2021 as a public limited company incorporated and domiciled in Malaysia.The principal activities of the Company are engaged in the business as investment holding company, trading of massage chairs, treadmills, wellness and sports related accessories, air purifiers, repailing of massage and sports related goods, music instrument.Key milestones / Achievements / Awards: 2018- Snowfit Malaysia was incorporated and commenced the provision of massage and wellness equipment, and musical instruments and accessories.- The company set up a showroom in Taman Connaught, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur- The company sold the first massage and wellness equipment, i.e. the slimming massager under their “Snowfit” brand- The company sold the first musical instrument, i.e. a violin, under the “Flavian” brand2019- The company began to utilise an online-to-offline marketing strategy and retailed their products on “Lazada”- The company set up a warehouse in Desa Tun Razak, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur- The company set up a showroom in Johor Bahru, Johor2020- The company began to retail our products on “Shopee”- The company set up our own website which serves as an additional platform to retail their products- The company were listed in the Malaysia Book of Records for the “Most number of manual treadmills sold in a year” with 118 treadmills sold2021- The company shifted to their present head office-showroom-warehouse on Jalan Balakong, Cheras, Selangor- The company acquired the premises where their existing showroom in Johor Bahru, Johor is located- The company engaged Associate Professor Dr. Joanne Yeoh to research and specially curate music compilation albums for massage therapy- The company sold their first massage chair with music therapy function- The company set up an additional warehouse in Com Industrial Park, Seri Kembangan, Selangor- The company were listed in the Malaysia Book of Records for the “Most number of massage chair sold online in a year” with 1,047 massage chairs sold and for the “Largest massage chair showroom” of 10,634.7 sq. ft. in Balakong, Selangor- “Snowfit” brand was also recognised by “Shopee” as one of the top 5 best-selling brand for large home appliances during the online sales events organised by “Shopee”, namely “6.6”, “7.7”, “8.8” “9.9”, “10.10”, “11.11” and “12.12” sales events.
