The company focuses on general construction works, specialized construction works, property investment and development. The construction arm is the wholly owned Mewah Kota Sdn Bhd. The development projects include the construction of residential buildings and a recreational complex at Hospital Selayang, Kuala Lumpur. The company also involved in the industrial and commercial development of a 100-acre land at Mukim Sungai Buloh, Selangor. The other projects include the construction of a water supply intake pipeline at Bukit Cerakah in Selangor and pipe laying for the Putrajaya Water Supply Development Package. In addition, MERGE is also involved in the development of low and medium cost houses through its associate company, Juta Permai Sdn Bhd. Meanwhile, the company's property investment subsidiaries are wholly owned Merge Properties Sdn Bhd and MEB Reality Sdn Bhd. The two own properties in Kedah and the Klang Valley. The company was incorporated in 1997 and is based in Shah Alam.
