The company aims to provide stable distribution per unit and sustainable long-term growth of distribution and Net Asset Value (NAV) per Unit to its Unitholders. UOA REIT plans to achieve its objectives by maintaining sustainable rental income growth, acquiring quality real estate to diversify earnings, and leveraging the strong tenant relationship and network established by the UOA Holdings Group.
