It is an integrated Pan-African Oil & Gas Servicing Company playing strategically in many of the key Oil and Gas producing areas in Africa. The company engages in complimentary Maritime Security, Logistics, Energy and Engineering Services and pioneers cutting-edge technologies and innovations in these fields. The operations of the Marine Services Division and Security Systems Division concentrate on developing countries, especially those in West Africa including Nigeria, Ghana, Equatorial Guinea, Ivory Coast, etc. Global Spectrum also serves as an intermediary and agent for companies seeking Partnerships in these areas. In the pursuit of its vision to permeate the industry, the Company by a special resolution dated 16th of July 2013, was converted from a private limited liability company to a public company. The company has operational offices in Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt Nigeria.
