PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc is a company located in Ikeja, Nigeria. It was incorporated on 4 December 1948 under the name of P.B. Nicholas and Company Limited. Over the years, the company underwent several name changes, including Alagbon Industries Limited in 1953 and Associated Industries Limited in 1960. It became a public company in 1972 and was listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. The company changed its name to Paterson Zochonis Industries Limited in 1976 and later to Paterson Zochonis Industries Plc in 1990. Finally, on 21 September 2006, it adopted its current name, PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc. The main activities of the company involve the manufacturing, distribution, and sale of a wide range of consumer products and home appliances. These products include leading brand names in detergent, soap, cosmetics, refrigerators, freezers, and air-conditioners.
