The Company was incorporated at the office of the company registrar under Nepal government's Ministry of Industry and Commerce Supplies on 29th November 2018 with a registration no as 202678/075/076 and a PAN no-606545622 to function as class “D” categorized bank recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank in Lumbini province of Nepal in pursuant of Sub-Section (I) of the companies Act 2006.
The Company listed on Nepal stock exchange on April 30, 2023.
