Additionally, BPC is involved in engineering hydropower and infrastructure projects, as well as the manufacturing and repair of hydromechanical and electro-mechanical equipment through its subsidiaries.

1965: The Company was incorporated on 29 December 1965 (2022/09/14 BS).
1993: The Company was converted into a public limited company in 17 February 1993 (2049/11/06 BS).
2003: The Company s Data was privatized in 3 January 2003 (2059/09/19 BS).
2007: The Company was listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange Limited since July 26 2007.
