The Company is a national level microfinance institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, the central bank of Nepal. It is a microfinance institution is incorporated as a public limited company with registration no. 206976/2075/76 on Jan 21th 2019. B.S. at Company Registrar Office of Government of Nepal under Companies Act 2063.
It started formal microfinance operation from 15-2-2019 from its first branch office located in Bhajani, Kailali.
The company has been registered in Inland Revenue Department vide registration number 606583110 (PAN).
The Company incorporated as a public company in 21 January 2019 ans commenced it s operation in 15 February 2019.
Kisan Microfinance and Divya Laghubitta have been officially listed as the shares of NRN Laghubitta. The shares can be traded starting from September 6,2020. The joint transaction of the three companies has already commenced on July 13, 2020.
The Company listed on Nepal Stock exchange on September 6th 2020.
The Company changed it name from NRN LAGHUBITTA BITTIYA SANSTHA LIMITED to KISAN LAGHUBITTA BITTIYA SANSTHA LIMITED in 3 January 2021.
